The Modern Art of the Antique

These pictures should help to see that the old is not necessarily outdated - context plays an important role. Museums have an important role in making old material appealing to its audience. Maybe a mixture of ancient statues with modern art could be a solution to rejuvenate both of them and make them more accessible again.
